Drunken Garlic Black Bean Noodles

Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. fettuccine noodles. Cooked al dente, drained and rinsed with cold water.
  • 2 tsp. vegetable oil
  • 1 cup chopped vegetables
  • 1 bunch of green onions, chopped
  • 3/4 cup Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce

Preparation

  • Heal oil.
  • Quickly stir fry vegetables.
  • Add noodles, green onions and sauce.
  • Mix well.
  • Cook until heated through stirring constantly.
  • Serves 6.
  • Secret Drunken Ham Glaze

    Ingredients

    • 1/2 bottle Secret Aardvark Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce
    • 3/4 cup orange marmalade
    • 3 tablespoons dijon
    • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar

    Preparation

    • Mix all ingredients together and glaze your ham
    • glaze the day before, reserving half the recipe and then glaze again with the other half just before cooking.
    • Cook according to the weight of your food and enjoy.
    • Drunken Garlic Balls

      Ingredients for the Balls

      • 2 pounds lean ground beef
      • 2 eggs
      • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
      • 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
      • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
      • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
      • 1/2 teaspoon salt
      • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
      • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
      • Ingredients for the Sauce

      • 1 large green or red bell pepper, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
      • 2 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks, drained with juice reserved
      • 1 cup Secret Aardvark Drunken Garlic Black Bean sauce
      • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
      • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
      • 3 tablespoons water
      • 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger

      Preparation

      • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lightly grease a large, shallow baking sheet.
      • 2. In a large bowl, thoroughly mix the ground beef, eggs, bread crumbs and onion. Sprinkle with ginger, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Shape into one inch balls.
      • 3. Place meatballs in a single layer on prepared baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes; set aside
      • 4. To make the sauce, mix enough water with the reserved pineapple juice to make 1 cup. In a large pot over medium heat, combine the juice mixture, Drunken Garlic Black Bean Sauce and brown sugar. Mix Cornstarch with water. Stir in cornstarch until smooth. Add fresh ginger. Cover and cook until thickened.
      • 5. Stir pineapple chunks, pepper and meatballs into the sauce. Gently stir to coat the meatballs with the sauce. Simmer, uncovered, for about 15 minutes, or until meatballs are thoroughly cooked
      • 6. Serve as main dish serve over rice.
